These prices are fully inclusive and cover the provision of linen and towels (for up to 6 people), use of the pool, parking, wifi broadband internet access, electricity, water charges and final cleaning on departure.

Except for:
** The Cannes Film Festival and other festival or congress periods (and holiday dates) have special rates. Some weeks immediately after the conferences are also more in demand and therefore slightly more expensive - please enquire.

Further rental conditions:

Arrival and Departure:
- Arrival day is Saturday, after 4.00 pm 
- Departure day is Saturday not later than 10am

The owner can be flexible about the arrival day in mid or low season.

Payment of Rental and Deposit:
- 50% of the rental amount is payable immediately on making the booking. The rental is only confirmed after this down-payment has been received.
- The additional 50%, becomes due six weeks before arrival.

Refundable breakages deposit - a breakages deposit of €350 (euros) is required for each booking. This amount must be taken as a charge against a credit card 3 weeks before your stay. It is refunded after your stay as long as the keys are returned safely and the apartment is left in a satisfactory condition. 

- Bookings taken for dates less than 6 weeks away are subject to payment of full 100% plus refundable breakages deposit immediately.  

Cancellations:
- If your cancellation reaches us 90 days or more before the planned arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If your cancellation reaches us between 90 and 60 days before the planned arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If your cancellation reaches us 59 or fewer days before the planned arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
